That’s quite a serious charge if it is right, but some of what Alistair Mundy said really rings true.

I’ve wondered how Tesco with all its might can’t compete on price with Aldi & Lidl though perhaps the answer is that they have bigger stores that are much more expensive to own and operate, and they have many more staff.

Considering that Mr Mundy has a reputation for caution though, he must see something in Tesco to own it or perhaps he just thinks they’re especially cheap.

After what has happened this week at Tesco his wish for change is coming true.

Makes me think I should have held on to those Tesco shares I sold last year. Might just buy some again.
