Surely if the markets in the region are low then this is a time to buy?

Unless your a trader of course but for those of us who want to save for the future I think there must be a very good case for putting some money here.

We’re always being told we cant time the market but to buy when it’s cheap.

Well now it’s cheap. Time to buy? Or will it get cheaper still?
