I think it’s a shame to see it go. Performance hasn’t been fantastic of late but I think they have some interesting deep value holdings in there that should do okay further down the line.

I think a merger with the Miton Worldwide trust would be the best outcome for this.


It’s got a lot in private equity that’s on a discount. If they sell out of this early surely they’ll be locking in losses.

Wouldn’t they be better merging with another investment trust?
